Looking back, 2011 wasn’t so bad. I sincerely learned so much this year, being the first year I’ve spent completely in Canada. (Oh, how I miss home.)

Christmas Bacon Cherries
gocookyourself:
Glace Cherries / Streaky Bacon
HEAT oven to 200C
CUT small strips of streaky bacon
WRAP small strips around individual cherries
PLACE on a baking tray
THROW in oven for around 15 minutes
REMOVE when bacon is cooked
